Portable Children's Camping Tent – 3-4 Person Single Layer with Glass Fiber Poles and Printed Flyer

This portable children's camping folding tent is designed for families who need a simple, lightweight shelter for outdoor excursions. With a spacious 200 x 200 x 145 cm interior, it comfortably accommodates three to four people, making it ideal for picnics, fishing trips, and daytime camping adventures. The tent features a single-layer construction that is quick to assemble—free construction and rapid opening mean no complicated pole threading or instructions required. Its frame uses glass fiber poles that keep the weight down to just 3800 g, so it is easy to carry in the included storage bag (75 x 14 x 14 cm). The printed flyer is made from 210T waterproof polyester taffeta, offering a waterproof rating of 1000-1500mm, providing basic weather protection for fair-weather camping. This tent is available in three fun printed designs suitable for children: Orange Cat Xiaobao, Blue Cat Little Treasure, and Pink Cat Little Treasure, plus package options that include a matching picnic mat.

Features and Construction

This tent combines practical features with a child-friendly design. Its single-layer structure and glass fiber poles make setup straightforward, while the waterproof flyer and spacious interior support family outdoor activities.

Material and Build

The main flyer is constructed from 210T waterproof polyester taffeta, which is a blend of 100% polyester fibre and polypropylene. This material provides a waterproof rating between 1000mm and 1500mm, suitable for light rain and morning dew. The inner tent uses 100% polyester fibre for breathability and the groundsheet is made from PE material for durability against ground moisture. The support poles are glass fiber, which is lightweight and flexible, helping to keep the overall weight manageable.

Size and Practical Fit

When erected, the tent measures 200 cm in length, 200 cm in width, and 145 cm in height, providing enough floor space for a family of three to four. The interior is a single-bedroom space, ideal for sleeping bags or picnic mats. When packed, the tent stores in a compact 75 x 14 x 14 cm bag, making it easy to transport in a car boot or backpack.

Uses and Placement

This tent is designed for a range of low-intensity outdoor activities where portability and quick setup are valued. It is suitable for use in parks, at campsites, or in the garden.

Event or Professional Use

The tent can be used for outdoor events such as fishing trips, survival training in the wild, or as a temporary shelter at festivals. Its windproof design, aided by the included windproof ropes and nails, helps it stay stable in breezy conditions. The single-layer build makes it best suited for daytime use or overnight in mild, dry weather.

Everyday Home Use

At home, this tent is excellent for children's indoor and garden play, providing a dedicated space for imaginative play or reading. The printed cat designs (Orange, Blue, Pink) are appealing to young children, and the tent can be set up and taken down in minutes, making it a practical addition to family outdoor gear.

Benefits and Buying Value

This tent offers a balance of practicality and affordability, focusing on portability and ease of use rather than advanced weather protection.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The materials are straightforward to clean: simply wipe the PE groundsheet and polyester flyer with a damp cloth. After use, let the tent dry fully before packing it into the storage bag to prevent mildew. The glass fiber poles are durable for repeated setups, and the included storage bag keeps everything together for the next outing.

This tent is a sensible choice for families seeking a lightweight, easy-to-carry shelter for short, fair-weather trips. The availability of fun printed colours and picnic mat packages adds value without complicating the core product. It is a no-fuss solution for introducing children to camping or for providing a quick shaded area in the garden.
