How Our Shipping Works: A Step-by-Step Guide

We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us. Here is exactly how we handle your delivery from start to finish.

Step 1: The Preparation (1-5 Working Days)

Because we are a small team, we handle everything manually. It takes us between 1 and 5 working days to process your order, conduct quality checks, and pack it safely for transit.

Step 2: The Dispatch & Tracking A

s soon as your package is labelled and collected by the postman, our system will trigger an automatic email to you. This email will contain your unique tracking link, allowing you to see your parcel's location in real-time.

Step 3: Choosing Your Delivery Speed (UK)

• Standard Post: £3.99. Takes roughly 7-14 working days. (Good news: If your basket total is over £10, we will automatically waive this fee, making it completely FREE!)

• Expedited Post: £7.99. Takes roughly 3-10 working days. Perfect if you need your items delivered more swiftly.

Step 4: International Shipping Rules

If you are ordering from outside the UK, your parcel has a long way to go! Please expect that customs clearance may add unexpected days to your delivery timeline. Please note that we are not responsible for these delays, nor are we responsible for any import taxes or duty fees—these must be paid by the customer upon arrival.
