Pet Car Mat 600D Oxford Cloth Waterproof Car Seat Protector 133x204cm Black Grey Khaki

Taking your dog or cat in the car is enjoyable, but cleaning up fur, mud, and spills after every trip is not. This pet car mat offers a practical solution by creating a protective barrier between your pet and the car's interior. Made from durable 600D Oxford cloth with a PU coating, it is designed to be waterproof and easy to clean. The generous size of 133x204cm covers rear seats and boot space in many saloons, SUVs, and vans, making it a versatile choice for pet owners who want to keep their vehicle in good condition.

Features and Construction

This mat is built to withstand the demands of pet travel with layered materials that combine strength and waterproofing.

Material and Build

The outer layer is 600D Oxford cloth, a woven fabric known for its resilience against wear and tear. A PU coating provides an effective moisture barrier, while a cotton layer adds a degree of comfort for your pet. The backing uses 190T polyester for additional waterproofing. This construction aims to prevent liquids from soaking through to the car seats or floor.

Size and Practical Fit

Measuring 133cm in length and 204cm in width, this mat fits across the rear seats and extends into the boot area of many vehicles. Its rectangular shape allows it to lie flat, and it is intended to suit a wide range of car types including saloons, SUVs, vans, and estate cars. The colour options—black, grey, and khaki—offer flexibility to match or blend with different interior trims.

Uses and Placement

Designed primarily for pet travel, this mat can be used in different areas of the car depending on where you prefer your pet to ride.

Event or Professional Use

Dog walkers, pet sitters, and veterinary staff who transport animals regularly will benefit from the protective layer. The waterproof surface catches wet paws, shedding fur, and minor accidents, reducing the need for frequent valeting. It is also suitable for show dogs or trips to training grounds where muddy equipment is involved.

Everyday Home Use

For everyday pet owners, the mat simplifies the weekly shop or a trip to the park. Children and pets often track in debris; this mat helps contain the mess. When not in use, it can be rolled up and stored in the boot, ready for the next journey.

Benefits and Buying Value

This product delivers value through its straightforward design and reusable nature.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

Simply brush off dry dirt or wipe the mat with a damp cloth after use. The Oxford cloth fabric is quick-drying, meaning the mat can be reused on the same day if needed. No specialist cleaning products are required, keeping maintenance costs low.

Why Choose This Product

Choosing a dedicated pet mat protects your car's resale value by preventing permanent staining, odours, and fabric damage. The large coverage area means one mat can protect both seats and boot space. With a practical price point and three neutral colour options, it suits a wide audience of UK pet owners looking for a no-fuss travel accessory.
