Hands-Free Flat Mop with ABS Plastic Head and Metal Pedal for House Cleaning 37x140x15cm

This hands-free flat mop takes the mess out of floor cleaning by allowing you to wring and rinse the mop head without touching water or bending down. The foot-operated metal pedal spins the mop inside the plastic basket, squeezing out excess water quickly and hygienically. Designed for everyday household use, the flat ABS mop head slides under low furniture and along baseboards, making it easier to clean hard floors such as tiles, laminate, and vinyl. The compact dimensions of 37 by 140 by 15 centimetres mean the mop stores neatly in a cupboard or utility room. The package includes three mop cloths so you can swap between rooms or keep one drying while you work.

Features and Construction

The mop uses a simple mechanical system that eliminates the need to wring cloths by hand. The basket holds water and the pedal operates a spinning mechanism to remove excess moisture from the mop head. The flat head design provides good surface contact without leaving streaks.

Material and Build

The mop head is made from ABS plastic, a lightweight and impact-resistant material. The pedal mechanism uses metal components for repeated foot operation. The basket and handle are also plastic, keeping the overall weight manageable for one-handed use during cleaning.

Size and Practical Fit

At 37 by 140 by 15 centimetres, the mop is tall enough to reach most floor areas without requiring excessive bending. The flat head profile is wide enough to cover a reasonable sweep path but narrow enough to fit under chairs and sofas. The handle length suits average adult height.

Uses and Placement

This mop is intended for regular floor cleaning in homes, apartments, and small commercial spaces. The hands-free mechanism reduces direct contact with dirty water, making it a more hygienic option than traditional string mops. The included cloths can be washed and reused multiple times.

House Cleaning Use

Use on tiled kitchen floors, bathroom floors, and laminate hallways. The flat head applies even pressure across the cloth, picking up dust, dirt, and spillages without leaving large puddles. The foot-pedal wringer lets you control how wet the mop is for different floor types.

Everyday Home Use

Because the mop head is lightweight and the pedal operation is straightforward, even quick daily wipe-downs are easy. The three cloths mean you can keep one for wet cleaning and another for dry dusting, extending the time between full washes.

Benefits and Buying Value

The main practical advantage of this mop is the elimination of hand-wringing, which saves time and reduces mess. The ABS plastic head resists cracking and the metal pedal should last through many cleaning sessions. The cloths are machine washable, so running costs remain low.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The three included cloths can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle and reused for weeks. The mop itself requires only occasional rinsing of the basket. There are no batteries or electronics, so there is minimal risk of technical failure.

Why Choose This Product

For anyone who mops regularly and wants a cleaner, faster way to wring the mop, this hands-free design is a practical choice. The flat head is more manoeuvrable than a round mop, and the foot pedal keeps your hands dry. The white colour and simple construction fit into any home cleaning setup.
